nurturing and growing our strategic partnerships, ensuring optimal
partner satisfaction and performance. Your efforts will directly

financial sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with
banking, insurance, and investment partners. Implement strategies
that enhance partner performance, align with our core values, and
achieve mutual goals. Regularly assess partner needs and
expectations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery
of excellent service solutions. Manage and resolve partner issues
effectively, ensuring a seamless experience. Drive the onboarding
process of new partners, providing training and support as needed.
Prepare and present performance reports to management, providing
insights and action plans. Negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring
alignment with both parties' objectives and compliance with
regulatory standards. Strong relationship management and
negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities Strategic thinking and analytical skills Proficient in
CRM software and MS Office Knowledge of banking and financial
services industry regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Auditor (CFSA) Certified Partnership Specialist (CPS) preferred
