Job Description:

This company is in need of a Senior Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidate should feel comfortable working under pressure and in a fast paced environment. This candidate will have at least 5 years experience in administration. Experience could be in the medical industry or small corporate offices. The candidate must have outstanding customer service, be proficient in Microsoft Office products, must be able to juggle multiple responsibilities all at once, and who is definitely proactive. At times, work may be slow and the company is seeking someone who can take initiative around the office. Job duties will vary day to day, but can include filing and data entry. Please apply today!
