every splash. About the Role: The Front Desk Clerk plays a vital
role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for
customers. This position is responsible for managing front desk
operations and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional
service, including assistance with pass sales and program
registration. The Front Desk Clerk will address inquiries, resolve
issues, answer phone calls, and provide information about the
facility and its services. Additionally, this role involves
maintaining accurate records and managing retail sales. Ultimately,
the Front Desk Clerk significantly contributes to the overall guest
experience and satisfaction, which is essential for the
establishment's success. Minimum Qualifications: High school
diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or
hospitality roles. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS
systems. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in
hospitality management or related field. Experience with multi-line
phone systems and front desk operations. Bilingual abilities to
assist a diverse clientele. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome
customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage pass sales and program registration processes efficiently,
including handling payments and selling retail. Answer phone calls
and respond to inquiries regarding pool information, fees, and
registration. Maintain accurate records of cash handling. Assist in
resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and
professionally. Skills: The skills required for this position
include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are
essential for effectively interacting with guests and addressing
their needs. Organizational skills are crucial for managing
reservations and maintaining accurate records, ensuring that all
information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Problem-solving
skills are also necessary, as the Front Desk Clerk must handle
guest complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Additionally, familiarity with hospitality software is a preferred
skill that can enhance the ability to perform daily tasks more
effectively and streamline operations. Bilingual proficiency can
significantly improve guest interactions, making the overall
