A well-established and rapidly growing homebuilder is seeking an experienced Construction Warranty Administrator to join its team. This onsite role is ideal for candidates who understand the construction process, know how to navigate warranty service issues, and can communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and subcontractors. About the Role As a Construction Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the warranty process from start to finish. This includes logging service requests, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining organized documentation. You will serve as a central point of contact for warranty scheduling, follow-up, and internal communication.
