Job Description:

Office Assistant I/II for Keyes Community Services District in Keyes. This position involves the preparation of computerized accounts receivables, including receipt and processing of payments, preparing and making bank deposits; assisting in the maintenance of general accounting records, answering telephones and greeting consumers and members of the public, maintain files, and related work as required. Applicants must be able to deal effectively with the public, must have computer experience and be able to use spreadsheet and word processing software. Job descriptions and applications are available at the District's Office located at 5601 7th Street, Keyes, Ca 95328. A current DMV printout will need to be submitted along with a District application. The District will accept applications until 5 p.m., Friday, April 12, 2019. AA EOE/ADA
