Greenfield, IN Work Schedule & Pay Integrity Trade Services is
hiring a General Laborer – Yard for an immediate opportunity. Pay
rate: $19.50/hour Schedule: Full-time Hours: 3:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Overtime: Mandatory overtime required Start: Immediate Position
Summary General Laborers in the yard assist in multiple areas of
concrete panel production. Responsibilities include patching,
grinding, preparation for shipping, and supporting overall yard
operations to ensure safe, efficient production flow. Essential
Duties & Responsibilities Additional duties may be assigned as
needed. Maintain a neat, organized, and efficient storage yard to
support plant operations Assist with patching, grinding, and
preparation of concrete panels for shipping Follow all safety
procedures and instructions at all times Support yard and plant
operations as needed Qualifications & Skills Ability to work well
as part of a team with strong communication skills Team-oriented
with a calm, dependable demeanor Reliable attendance and dependable
transportation required (Public transportation is not available in
this area) Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift
and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, twist, squat, and climb
on/off trailers, beds, and ladders Ability to work with hands and
hand tools Ability to stand and walk on uneven surfaces for the
entire workday Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions,
including inclement weather, heat, humidity, and dust Interested?
