Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis for approximately 4–5 weeks. Based in Walnut Creek, California, this role will focus on creating high-quality digital and print designs to support our Events Team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining brand integrity. Responsibilities: • Develop visually compelling designs for both digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines. • Collaborate closely with the Events Team to produce materials that meet project requirements and timelines. • Manage vendor communication to oversee production processes, delivery schedules, and quality control. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to execute design projects. • Create engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to support event-related initiatives. • Organize and prioritize multiple design projects to meet tight deadlines effectively. • Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality and adhere to branding standards. • Adapt designs as needed for different platforms and audiences, maintaining consistency across all outputs. • 1 years of experience demonstrating attention to detail in both digital and print design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Familiarity with Windows-based systems. • Experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred. • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and external vendors.
