CoreWeave is seeking an Energy & Climate Policy Engagement Lead to
lead regulatory and policy analysis and engagement related to power
markets, utilities, and grid infrastructure, with a primary focus
on PJM, MISO, and ERCOT. This role will play a critical part in
analyzing regulatory developments, shaping CoreWeave's policy
positions, and engaging with regulators and market operators on
issues affecting large-scale data center power access and grid
reliability. In addition to U.S. responsibilities, this role will
support European energy and climate policy analysis and engagement,
particularly as it relates to electricity markets, grid connection,
and decarbonization frameworks impacting data center development.
Key Responsibilities : Power Market & Regulatory Engagement (U.S.)
Lead CoreWeave's regulatory engagement with PJM, MISO, and ERCOT,
including: Market rule changes and stakeholder processes
Interconnection, transmission planning, and queue reform
Reliability, resource adequacy, and capacity market design Load
growth, large load integration, and utility coordination Engage
with state public utility commissions (PUCs) and utility regulators
in key PJM, MISO, and ERCOT states on: Utility tariffs, rate
design, and cost allocation Infrastructure investment and grid
expansion Clean energy and emissions-related requirements Represent
CoreWeave in RTO/ISO stakeholder forums, technical committees, and
industry working groups. Policy Analysis & Strategy Monitor,
analyze, and synthesize regulatory, legislative, and market
developments across U.S. and European electricity systems. Develop
clear policy positions and strategic recommendations based on
detailed regulatory analysis. Prepare written materials including:
Regulatory comments and filings Policy memos and executive
briefings External position papers and stakeholder submissions
European Energy & Climate Policy Track and analyze European energy
and climate policy relevant to data centers, including: Electricity
market design and grid access Grid connection and capacity
allocation frameworks Decarbonization, renewable energy, and
emissions policy Align European policy analysis with CoreWeave's
global power and sustainability strategy. Who You Are: 7 years of
experience in energy policy, electricity market regulation, or
utility regulatory affairs. Direct experience engaging with PJM,
MISO, ERCOT, state PUCs, or utilities. Strong analytical background
with the ability to interpret market rules, regulatory orders, and
legislative proposals. Demonstrated experience drafting regulatory
filings, policy analysis, or formal stakeholder comments. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, particularly for regulator
and executive audiences. Core Competencies Electricity market and

join us! The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to
$210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We
strive for both market alignment and internal equity when
determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total
rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and
a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility). What
