Job Description:

celebrates all of our team members. What You’ll Do Develop and
execute inspection processes that align with achieving
airline-level safety standards for advanced aircraft manufacturing.
Create detailed inspection plans from engineering drawings and
specifications, with particular expertise in ultrasonic testing
(UT) of composite materials - critical for aircraft structures.
Develop and write NDT procedures for ultrasonic and eddy current
inspections to ensure structural integrity, skills that directly
translate to defining inspection processes for certified aircraft.
Perform composite bond line inspections using ultrasonic
methodologies, electromagnetic testing (ET), and liquid penetrant
inspection (PT) of metallic components. Coordinate with Material
Review Board (MRB) teams for nonconformance disposition, advise on
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and conduct supplier assessments to
ensure conformity - experience that supports rigorous quality
standards in highly regulated manufacturing environments. Coach and
train quality inspectors on inspection techniques and evaluation
criteria, ensuring team capability to meet demanding aerospace
standards while supporting the development of safe, reliable
aircraft systems. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree
in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or Material
Science Engineering. Minimum Experience Requirement: 48 months of
experience with aerospace structures, aircraft systems, First
Article Inspection, Quality Systems and Non-Destructive Evaluation.
Special Requirement: Must have knowledge of NAS 410/SNT-TC-1A NDT
Level II in UT, ET, and PT. Travel Requirement: 10% Domestic Travel
