Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related technical
field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience
working in a consumer electronics/embedded systems design technical
environment, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the time. Preferred
qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering,
Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Experience with
embedded systems, processor selection, various communication
protocols (e.g., DRAM, UFS, USB-C, SPI, I2C/I3C, UART, MIPI,
DSI/CSI), analog design, sensor design, low power design, audio
acoustics, Cadence/Allegro, and various RF technologies. Experience
in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification, and
python scripting. Experience with SOC architecture and validation.
Ability to design high-speed digital or analog systems. Familiarity
with concepts like concurrency, Dynamic Voltage and Frequency
Scaling (DVFS), and peripheral interfaces. About the job Be part of

lives better through technology. Responsibilities Ensure hardware
design integrity for Google Pixel platforms by validating SoC
Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling (DVFS) and peripheral IO
across various Operating System (OS) and Firmware (FW) versions.
Direct cross-functional execution of validation plans,
troubleshooting, and documentation to maintain design quality and
ecosystem performance. Execute design verification, signal
characterization, power delivery, and interoperability testing
while defining system-level validation plans for the Pixel
ecosystem. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to
resolve issues in hardware architecture, system performance,
production quality, and overall integration.
