Visit edmo.org to learn more.Job DescriptionThe Supply Manager is responsible for managing the annual supply budget, negotiating pricing and ordering all office, school year and summer camp supplies and equipment. They also monitor inventory and storage units across multiple geographies and ensure pick up and/or delivery of all program materials based on timelines/needs.Responsibilities include:Managing and maintaining warehouse and storage unitsTraining warehouse supply staffWorking with the appropriate department managers to determine program supply needsCreating systems for and training supply staff on the supply request process and schedulesManaging supply budgets and building relationships with vendors to negotiate purchasing discountsOrdering supplies for all organizational needs including School Year, Summer Camp, Home and Regional Office needsCreating and overseeing a warehouse inventory system to maintain an accurate record of new deliveries and any materials going in or out of the warehouseAdhering to all supply timelines and organizing deliveries/bins based on needsProviding ongoing supply support during any School Year or Summer Camp ProgramsChecking specialty supplies like power tools etc. to make sure they are safe for camper use, pre and post campCommunicating Summer Camp site-relevant details via proper channels for items such as phone numbers or hot spotsMaintaining records of all warehouse and distribution processesReports to: Curriculum DirectorManages: Seasonal Warehouse StaffQualificationsIf you are missing any of the qualifications listed below, please don't be discouraged! Amount of time spent in the Warehouse is dependent on season.Must be willing to travel up to 3 times a year for in person retreats (paid for by the organization).
