Key Responsibilities:

Champion customer and business needs through development processes, ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals and delight end-users.
Identify unmet customer needs and translate them into innovative features, functionality, and platform capabilities-including with third-party partners and marketplaces.
Lead the discovery and launch of strategic integrations with external platforms (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash, Shipt, Amazon, or emerging marketplaces) to capture incremental revenue and meet customers where they shop.
Build business cases to support fulfillment innovations and external partnerships, communicating value through clear financial and customer impact metrics.
Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into compelling product concepts and scalable features.
Develop and maintain intelligent product roadmaps that include both proprietary capabilities and partner-powered innovations.
Work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, merchandising, legal, and external partners to execute on product delivery and post-launch refinement.
Write clear, actionable user stories with testable acceptance criteria and thoughtful dependency mapping.
Drive knowledge sharing and internal adoption of new solutions, with clear training and communication plans.
Serve as a thought leader in the space of eCommerce fulfillment and partner-driven innovation, influencing both internal and external stakeholders.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required
MBA or Master's in Operations Research, Computer Science, or Management Science preferred
7-8 years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Management Consulting
Strong background in Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or Marketplace platforms strongly preferred
Experience leading partner integrations or third-party API launches is a plus
Strong analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
Passionate about building great customer experiences through technology, operational excellence, and smart partnerships
