Click here.Responsibilities:We are looking for a Nursing Manager to join the growing Med Surg team at our Downtown Fresno Campus, home to the region's only Level I Trauma Center. In your role, you will have the unique opportunity to direct, supervise and evaluate patient care performance in our Med Surg 5 West unit at Community Regional, managing up to 150 team members. With 90 licensed beds, the patients in this unit range from moderate to high acuity, including trauma, orthopedic, surgery, and more.You will be a proactive leader with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills who pays meticulous attention to detail and thrives on collaborating with senior leaders, physicians, surgeons, and medical staff. This is an excellent opportunity to expand and share your expertise, all while making a difference in the heart of California!Qualifications:Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate requiredDemonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting requiredPrevious leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting requiredLicenses and CertificationsBLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredRN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California requiredDisclaimers: Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
