Job Description:

Seeking a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment who can function as a medical assistant in the urgent care setting.
Key roles and responsibilities will be:

Greeting/Registering patients
Rooming/Vitalizing patients
Performing basic procedures (CLIA waive laboratory testing, basic procedures, injections, medication administration)
Assisting medical providers with exams
Recording patient information into the EHR system
Communication with patients
Managing administrative tasks and patient flow
Maintain equipment/the urgent care location, following safety protocols,
Collaboration with the rest of the UC staff to ensure patient satisfaction.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- MA licensure
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Urgent Care experience (preferred)
- High School Graduate or GED
