Job Description:
This full-time RN position offers up to a $75,000 sign-on bonus
for qualifying candidates.
Provides comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care in an acute
hospital setting, ensuring safety, compassion, and patient-centered
strategies throughout the lifespan.
Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one
year of experience; BSN preferred. Specialty certifications and
ACLS/PALS may be required based on unit.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and
evaluating patient care; advocating for patients; fostering
learning; ensuring safety and quality; and demonstrating leadership
within the care team.
Must be proficient in electronic health records, team
collaboration, critical judgment, and managing multiple
responsibilities.
