Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home
physical therapy services, aiming to improve or reduce residual
disabilities and help patients remain in their homes.
Responsibilities include developing and revising care plans,
maintaining communication with physicians and the healthcare team,
and ensuring quality patient care. Qualifications include a NY
license, preferred 2+ years of experience, and a Master's degree.
Offerings include a $10K sign-on bonus, $115K annual pay,
comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K with match),

employee discounts. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends as
needed, and work involves traveling to patients' homes.
