FQHC Setting Position Overview:Join a mission-driven,
multi-location FQHC on the east side of Sacramento offering
comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. This permanent,
outpatient-only role is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal
Medicine physician looking for exceptional work-life balance and
meaningful community impact. - Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM
– 5:00 PM - Call: None - Weekends: None - Patient Volume: ~25–27
patients per 10-hour shift - Scope: See all ages or adults only —
your choice - Care Team: Collaborate with physicians, NPs, PAs,
behavioral health, and dental professionals - Setting: Outpatient
only | Federally Qualified Health Center - EMR: Epic Candidate
Requirements: - Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family
Medicine or Internal Medicine - Must be COVID-19 vaccinated
