Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Fresno, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,381 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required License: CA License in hand Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Oasis experience required, Home Health experience required, HCHB experience required Description: RN - Home Health Field Staff responsible for providing care to patients in their homes. Average number of patients per day is 5 to 7. Primarily caring for geriatric patients. No first-time travelers accepted for this position. No on-call requirement. Travels within a 50-mile radius from the office. Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patient homes. Locals are accepted at the travel rate. Pending licenses are not accepted.
