Join a hospital-based OB/GYN program in Santa Cruz that is actively
rebuilding and repositioning its service line to better match true
patient demand. This opportunity offers a manageable delivery
volume, strong midwife support, protected post-call time, and
flexibility for full-time or part-time work. It is well-suited for
physicians seeking a balanced OB/GYN role in a coastal California
community with excellent clinical resources. Practice Details
Hospital-employed OB/GYN group currently consisting of laborists
and a GYN-only physician Practice mix is approximately 70 percent
obstetrics and 30 percent gynecology Supported by 7 Certified Nurse
Midwives with a shared OB and CNM call model In-house call model
with one OB and one CNM on call at all times Access to robotic
surgery with a Da Vinci system NICU staffed by Neonatologists from
partnering Stanford Medicine Family Medicine residency program
provides additional OB patient support Schedule Approximately 3.5
clinic days per week Four 24-hour in-house call shifts per month
Post-call day off built into the schedule Opportunity to transition
