Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Oakland, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,800 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring of patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, performing advanced clinical assessments, managing life-support equipment, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requirements Requirements • Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable) • Recent ICU or critical care experience required • BLS and ACLS certifications required • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Experience with ventilators, IV drips, and other ICU equipment • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
