Ophthalmologist in Central California. Enjoy in-clinic diagnostic
testing, a strong surgical mix, and subspecialty support across

more. Opportunity Highlights · Access in-clinic diagnostic testing
with full subspecialty support for retina, glaucoma, and
oculoplastics · Perform injections, cataract surgery, and a broad
case mix with flexibility to pursue clinical interests · See 15–16
patients per half clinic day; aim for 7 OR cases per half day, 14
for full day · The incoming Ophthalmologist will share a
low-intensity 1:6 call schedule with rare overnight disruptions ·
Earn additional PTO or pay when called in during scheduled call
shifts · Practice in a vibrant, diverse California city with strong
compensation and urban amenities · Receive a signing bonus up to
$220,000, fully forgiven in years 5–7 · Advance toward partnership
after year 3 with $10,000–$20,000 annual bonus distributions ·
Receive 6% employer 401(k) contributions plus a pension based on
peak salary · Choose between 8- or 9-hour clinic days with built-in
