Job Description:
Scale AI is seeking highly skilled and motivated Software
Engineers to join our dynamic Federal Engineering team. As a part
of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting Scale's
government customers by scoping and developing onsite solutions.
Our scalable and high-performance platform forms the foundation for
these customer solutions, and your expertise will be instrumental
in designing and implementing systems that can handle billions of
data points with exceptional performance.
You will:
Possess and maintain an active US Government Clearance is a
requirement (minimum of a Secret clearance)
Ideally you have:
Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and
benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the
minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position,
determined by work location and additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant
education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the
specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring
process. Scale employees are also granted Stock Options that are
awarded upon board of director approval. You'll also receive
benefits including, but not limited to: Comprehensive health,

be eligible for additional benefits such as a commuter stipend.The
base salary range for this full-time position in the locations of
San Francisco, New York, Seattle is:$206,800-$259,440 USDThe base
salary range for this full-time position in the location of St.
Louis is:$155,100-$194,580 USDAbout Us:
