workstreams. Projects are different in timelines, impact,
resources, complexity. Projects typically involve stakeholders and
departments across the whole sector, which requires understanding
of the business and influences of the sector.Project timeline: up
to 12 months. Resources: up to 5 FTE. Impact on the whole sector.
Manages the relation with one or more (groups of) stakeholders on
operational/tactical level.This position is based on-siteRole and
responsibilitiesLeads, coordinates and executes the planning,
design and reconfiguration infrastructure of equipment, buildings,
cleanroom, labs, and other facility spaces.Leads, gathers and
reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications,
company and/or government restrictions, required completion date,
and construction feasibility.Leads and coordinates with
architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and
preparing layout and detail drawings.Reviews and estimates design
costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials,
preparation, and other related costs.Inspects or directs the
inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure
conformance to established drawings, specifications, and
schedules.Job may be subject to change at any time in support of

Management Strategy and MethodologyHas extensive experience with
the Project Management Methodology, project reporting, risk
analysis and using ASML's project management tools. Ensures
application and adhere to PPM standards and methodologies.Project
scope definitionPlans and leads the delivery of a range of
information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation
activities. Specifies, negotiates, and agrees on project
deliverables.Business Needs / ImprovementsPlans and coordinates the
identification, elicitation of requirements; conducts analysis of
those requirements for completion and alignment; documents and
manages requirements throughout the life of the project; and
coordinates the verification of the end deliverable. Builds and
reviews improvement solutions and develops recommendations for
implementation of those improvements. Generally done at the project
level.Project Planning / RoadmapManages the production of project
and workstream plans, ensuring that all activities are identified,
are appropriately organized and resourced to deliver project
objectives, and comply with the organization's project and program
management framework.Project Team ManagementLeads a medium to large
project team; defines the project vision and communicates the
outcomes needed along with guidance to achieve outcome, manages
resources across projects/programs; negotiates flow of additional
team members on and off the team as needed; and builds the
capability of the team through training, coaching and
mentoring.Project Resource ManagementManages the deployment of
project resources, proactively managing project costs, providing
forecasts, and presenting variances with narrative at appropriate
review points to ensure effective utilization.Project
GovernanceClarifies roles and responsibilities within the project
team and ensures project compliance with ASML's wider program
and/or portfolio management decision-making structures and
processes.Stakeholder Management and AdvisingPlans and delivers
stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project
working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and
concerns are identified and met.Project Risk and Issue
ManagementManages identification of risks, issues, dependencies,
and constraints associated with the project, escalating these where
appropriate. Ensures adequate risk assessment of (high)
cross-sector risks within the full scope of the roadmap and is able
to interpret the results of the risk assessment. Where risks or
issues threaten delivery of the project, develops and agrees
recovery plans or, if relevant, together with sponsor/project board
agrees to pause or cancel the project.Project Review /
ReportingManages the project review process; provide stakeholders
with accurate and relevant information and key recommendations at
agreed review points to enable them to evaluate progress and agree
on change.Project Benefit RealizationDevelops and manages the
delivery of a plan to evaluate and track business benefits and to
identify actions needed to maximize these.People DevelopmentEnsures
continuous and open lines of communication and feedback. Gives
feedback to team members and peers on their behavior as team member
and helps them to improve. Leads, engages and motivates PL's and
project team membersEducation and experienceBachelor's degree in
Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
with 5+ years related experience.Experience working in design
engineering and project management facilities related projects.
Construction experience a plus.Knowledge and experience in working
in, and maintaining ISO 5&6 cleanroom grade industrial
environments.Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
systems including process piping.Solid understanding in
construction processes, coordination and sequence of work.Ability
to manage facility projects such as factory equipment, new
construction, infrastructure upgrades, and office/lab
development.Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables
and estimate costs.Collaborate with contractors on all onsite
construction activities for compliance with building and safety
regulations.Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project,
AutoCAD and Bluebeam.Ability to understand business requirements
and develop Statements of Work to meet those
requirements.Experience with Building Management Systems or
building equipment controls experience.Knowledge, experience with
reviewing and applying Federal, State, and local safety regulations
