    Minimum qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
      
    • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects, with 2 years in a people management or team leadership role.
      
      Preferred qualifications:

      • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
        
      • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
        
      • 3 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.

        The US base salary range for this position is $197,000-$291,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation varies based on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Recruiters will provide specific salary details during hiring.
        Responsibilities

        • Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
          
        • Set clear expectations with team members, conduct performance discussions, and provide feedback.
          
        • Develop and evolve the technical vision and roadmap for your teams.
          
        • Design and review system designs, and develop code to solve complex problems.
          
        • Review code from engineers, ensuring best practices in style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
