• Build and maintain Zoom's small and medium business (SMB) onboarding workflows;
• Design and implement modules using Zoom's rich UI libraries;
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical support to resolve issues in the production environment;
• Analyze and optimize program performance and monitoring;
• Utilize Agile Software Methodology to deliver solutions iteratively and produce high-quality technical design documents that utilize UML diagrams and design patterns;
• Collaborate with other Enterprise Systems teams to deliver end-to-end solutions utilizing Billing, CRM, Phone, Taxation, and Payment systems.What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Writing and Digital Media, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent;
  • 5 years of experience in the relevant role or related occupation;
  • 5 years of experience in Software Engineering;
  • 5 years of experience in JavaScript, HTML/DOM, CSS, and frameworks such as Material UI;
  • 5 years of experience in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or VueJS;
  • 5 years of experience in building micro frontend applications and mobile application development;
  • 5 years of experience in performance tuning on the client side;
