Job Title: Frontend Developer (React+AWS)Job Duration: Long-term contractJob Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product and development teams to support the micro-frontend web ecosystem that powers all web applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support the frontend ecosystem of plugins, widgets, and web applications.
• Build large-scale web applications and web-first websites using JavaScript, React JS, and TypeScript.
• Leverage Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure) to deploy and manage scalable and resilient solutions.
• Implement Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture to facilitate team autonomy and scalable module deployment.
• Optimize React applications to improve load times by 30%, enhancing overall performance through lazy loading, memoization, and efficient state management.
• Focus on performance, including code splitting, caching strategies, and Web Vitals optimization to achieve faster page loads and better Core Web Vitals scores.
• Utilize automated testing frameworks like Cypress and Selenium for continuous integration and end-to-end testing within Agile processes.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git to streamline production deployments, improving release efficiency and quality.
• Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches.
• Maintain roughly 70-85% hands-on coding involvement.
• Have an understanding and preferable experience with test frameworks, test-driven development, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understand web services (REST).
• Apply solid software engineering fundamentals practically.
• Gather functional requirements, develop specifications, and participate in project and test planning.
• Partner effectively with all team members to meet commitments.
• Work cross-functionally with product management, design, and business units to drive results.
• Contribute to project design and architecture.
• Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, and/or Extreme Programming methodologies.
