practical experience. 8 years of experience in software
development. 3 years of experience developing infrastructure,
distributed systems or networks, or with compute technologies,
storage, or hardware architecture. 3 years of experience in a
technical leadership role. 2 years of experience in a people
management or team leadership role. Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical
field. 8 years of experience with software development in one or
more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, C, C++, Java,
JavaScript). 3 years of experience working in a changing

internationally. As the Software Engineer Manager, you will lead
and grow the team. You will be responsible for the technical
direction, execution, and delivery of core services for next

base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000
bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role,
level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined
by work location and additional factors, including job-related
skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your

manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative
environment. Drive the technical idea, strategy, and roadmap.
Oversee the design, development, and operation of scalable and
reliable services for real-time data ingestion, processing, and
correlation. Contribute to design, code reviews, and technical
discussions, ensuring high software quality and architectural
integrity. Collaborate with partner teams (e.g., SRE, Cloud
Networking, and other development teams) to understand
requirements, and deliver integrated solutions. Ensure operational
excellence, including monitoring, alerting, and performance
optimization. Manage project priorities, resource allocation, and
delivery timelines.
