Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
the corrugated industry, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking
General Labor - Heavy to join their dynamic team. As a vital part
of the operations department, you will support a fast-paced
environment with advanced technology, contributing to the
production process and maintaining high safety and quality
standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability,
teamwork, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the
company's commitment to excellence and safety. Job Title: General
Labor - Heavy Location: Salinas, CA Pay Range: $21 Shift: Must be
flexible to work all three shifts, including weekends and 12-hour
shifts as needed. 1st: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM 2nd: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
3rd: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM What's the Job? Performing preventative and
predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment Troubleshooting
mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations
Collaborating effectively with maintenance and operations teams to
meet production goals Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity
standards in a manufacturing environment Sorting, inspecting, and
checking products for quality assurance What's Needed? Ability to
work independently and as part of a team Must be able to pass
Background and Drug Test Flexibility to work overtime, weekends,
and multiple shifts as needed Computer proficiency for maintenance
and operational processes Own tools initially (company provides
replacement tools as needed) Physical ability to lift weights up to
60 lbs and perform repeated lifting of weights over 35 lbs What's
