Assembly Operator Blue Water Area Pay Rate: Competitive, based on
experience Schedule: Full-time | Multiple shifts available (1st,
2nd, & 3rd) Overtime: Required, including weekends as needed Are

Operators for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water

Responsibilities Produce parts according to standard work
instructions and control plans within specified cycle times Inspect
parts using gauges, SPC charting, and quality checks Perform
assembly work while moving materials and dunnage within the work
area Maintain 5S standards, housekeeping, and routine equipment
care Diagnose simple equipment faults and reset manual,
semi-automatic, or automatic stations Submit maintenance requests
when equipment issues arise Complete required safety checks and
routine maintenance tasks Perform error-proofing checks and
assembly line teardowns as required Accurately complete
end-of-shift documentation (production counts, quality data, scrap
tickets) Actively participate in team meetings and process
improvement initiatives Train and support new team members as
needed What We’re Looking For Strong manual dexterity and fine
motor skills High attention to detail with a quality-focused
mindset Ability to work well in a team environment with clear
communication Willingness and availability to work any shift and
required overtime Comfort with standing, walking, pushing, and
pulling throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 25
pounds in a repetitive production environment Preferred
Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience High
School Diploma or GED Some college or technical training is a plus
