Chauffeur Job Description and Expectations
As a Chauffeur, you are trusted to transport clients in a
comfortable, safe and timely manner ultimately guaranteeing
customer satisfaction and making sure clients depend on us for
their transportation needs.
Chauffeurs will be commuting in our luxury vehicles. To be
considered for this role, you must have a valid driver's license,
provide an updated resume and a DMV printout for the past 3 years
showing a clean driving record. A Urine toxicology and Breathalyzer
test will be conducted upon being hired. Both must be passed with
negative results.

Chauffeur responsibilities include:
--- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most
expedient trip
--- Retrieve clients from the location provided.
--- Chauffeur must be on location at least 5 minutes prior to
scheduled pick up
--- Clearly relay itinerary info, explain OT charges & correspond
with clients efficiently
--- Collect cash payments on day of service before allowing
passengers into the vehicle
--- Open doors and assist passengers in and out of vehicle
--- Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
--- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on
road conditions
--- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions
as needed
--- Keep open communication with office staff and superiors
--- Must notify office and Client 10 minutes prior to scheduled
pick up if going to be late
--- Follow all instructions for airport procedures issued by our
management
--- Answer clients' questions about the area and local places of
interest
--- Run a casual errand for client and communicate this to the
office
--- Occasionally cleaning the vehicle, ensuring the car is clean
for the next job.
--- Familiarity with personal GPS devices as we do not rely on the
ones in the vehicles
--- Availability to take weekend and night shifts
--- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
--- A polite and professional disposition. Customer service is a
high priority
