We pride ourselves on our dedication to excellence and continuous improvement.Job Summary:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products/services meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations. If you have GMP analytical experience, a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality self-inspections on laboratory processes.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Investigate process deviations in a timely manner and keep detailed accounts of quality impact.
• Manage change control, CAPAs and SOP updates to completion.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Report any issues and discuss collaboratively with clients.
• Support batch release by meticulous attention to detail.
• Document and report quality metrics and findings to management.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a GMP quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Experience:GMP: 1 year (preferred)Benefits:
