Job Description:

This Wholesale Underwriter Position Features:


? Temporary position lasting approx. 60 days


? Great Pay to $30-39/hr Depending on Experience



The Fulfillment Specialist III (Wholesale) is responsible for processing and underwriting residential loans from RESPA through document drawing with minimum supervision.


Responsibilities include:


-Review and evaluate credit reports, preliminary report, judgments, bankruptcy documents, appraisal and income documentation.


-Perform DU/LE/Assetwise and investor underwriting findings; create loan conditions; prepare and mail conditional approval letter/NOI per regulation B/ECOA


-Analyze and calculate Income Documentation such as personal and business income statements. Make sure all necessary documentation is requested to support final loan decisions.
