to add a Staffing Consultant to our Modesto office.This is the

upon a growing business.Job Description Pride Staff Financial is
seeking a career-driven, enthusiastic Staffing Consultant to join
our established location in Modesto.We are looking for someone with
a desire to build relationships with clients and assist candidates
in finding their dream job.Top candidates will have a strong desire

ability to evidence their passion for measurable results through
effort.The Staffing Consultant is responsible for the coordination
of recruitment, selection, hiring, and placement of temporary, temp
to hire, and direct hire candidates and staff with client
employers.The Staffing Consultant is also responsible for ensuring
they access and identify the needs of client employers and match
these needs to candidates and associates who possess the required
skills and capabilities.Responsibilities include: Provide ongoing
and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional
and value-added career guidance.Interview and administer
evaluations to determine the skill level of candidates.Provide
exceptional customer service to both Pride Staff clients and
candidates when fulfilling client job orders, during assignments
and in the performance of other duties.Support the growth and
development of Pride Staff's client base by selling our services
for temporary, temp-to-hire, and full-time staffing solutions to
current and prospective clients.Proactively make telephone calls
and conduct one-on-one meetings with key managers and senior-level
executives, for the purpose of providing solutions to our clients
and expanding our existing client relationships.Staffing Consultant
The ideal candidate for the Staffing Consultant position possess
the following skills and or characteristics: Minimum of two years
proven experience in a professional environment Enthusiastic,
positive personality with a desire to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several
clients simultaneously Demonstrate a track record in sales and a
desire to work in a heavily sales-oriented role Ability to resolve
customer service issues quickly and efficiently in order to
maintain the highest level of client satisfaction Ability to
discuss performance feedback with associates in a direct and
professional manner Excellent communication skills -- written and
verbal Commitment to providing excellent customer service every day
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and resolve issues
quickly and effectively Strong knowledge of office software suites
(Microsoft, Google, Adobe)College experience preferred, but not
