Job Description:

Pay Rate:--$76,550 to $95,700 per year.Responsible for managing all elements of PSM, RMP and CAA 608 programs, regulatory compliance and the integrity of the industrial refrigerant systems, including ammonia and other cooling process systems for multiple facilities located at Foster Farms Corporate Complex located in Livingston, CA.--Conduct gap analysis, prepare documents pertaining to compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitate meetings, perform and participate in MOC s, PHA s PSSR s, PSM Audits, MI s etc, Interface with engineering, plant management and maintenance and safety/risk management.Conduct training with Foster Farms personnel to ensure competency and that processes/protocols are followed.Ensure the continuous training and competency of all ammonia refrigeration technicians/engineers and other affected plant level personnel.Coordination with vendors/contractors.Ensure compliance with Corporate Safety/Risk Management policies.Other duties as assigned.requirements:Must be able to work with minimal supervision, self-motivated and directed.Must have a minimum three (3) years on the job experience in industrial refrigeration, preferably with two stage ammonia systems.Must possess a 2 year technical degree or equivalent.Affiliation with Refrigeration Engineers Technician Association (RETA) Certification.OSHA Certification.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to withstand walking, lifting, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, walking on roofs and working in confined spaces.Ability to work in various weather conditions.Ability to lift 50lbs.Ability to read and understand P&ID s (Piping and Instrument Diagrams) and technical specifications (Ammonia Refrigeration).Ability to read and understand complex regulatory requirements.Ability to conform to all OSHA
