Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Maintenance
Technician. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and
repairing equipment used in the production of flexible printed
circuits. In addition, they will troubleshoot, perform preventive
maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards. They will
perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine
problems in non-functioning equipment used in the manufacturing
process. Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according
to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough
sketches or drawings. They will also use test and diagnostic
equipment to perform checkouts. They may perform equipment
modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers. Additionally
they will perform preventative maintenance service and repairs of
manufacturing equipment and support systems installing equipment
such as chillers, vacuums, pumps, heaters, wet scrubbers and
monitor controls, as needed.
Regularly inspect, maintain, and repair machinery used in the
production.
Implement preventive maintenance program.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly equipment and facility
inspections.
Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with safety regulations
and quality standards.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize
machine performance.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and manage corrective
actions.
Assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies and spare
parts.

and Conduct.
It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their

defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to
avoid recurrence of the problem.
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of
the business.
Must have:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree
preferred.
2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related
field.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and
priorities work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
