The Relationship Manager uses personal skills and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney resources to help clients achieve their financial goals. Collaborating with the Financial Advisor Team, they assess client circumstances and objectives to provide tailored, strategic investment consulting. They also have access to a full range of wealth management services for their clients.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise clients according to the Team's strategy.
• Analyze investment opportunities and client needs; recommend appropriate strategies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, helping clients meet financial goals through financial planning and wealth management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations/seminars for clients and prospects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all industry rules and regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as required.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification required.
• Active Series 7, 63, and maintenance of investment adviser representative (RA) registration as required by the state and other relevant jurisdictions. Additional product licenses may be necessary.
• Product and state licenses should align with those of Financial Advisors on the Team.
• At least 5 years of business experience with proven success in a previous career.
• Preferably, a minimum of 5 years FINRA registration.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
  • Extensive knowledge of the financial industry and products.
  • Effective communication skills with co-workers and clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
