Participants will undergo rigorous instruction in sales theory, application, and practice, supplemented by real-world experience through internships facilitated by Year Up in collaboration with leading businesses. Our program does more than just provide education; it builds a bridge to meaningful careers and ongoing personal and professional development. Undergo comprehensive training in sales fundamentals, including market research, customer engagement, and negotiation tactics. Participate actively in workshops and simulated sales sessions to enhance practical knowledge and skills. Complete assignments and projects that reflect real-world sales scenarios and objectives. Collaborate with peers and mentors to enhance personal and professional growth. Engage in internships with Year Up corporate partners, applying learned skills in a professional environment. Attend regular evaluation sessions to assess progress and areas for improvement, receiving constructive feedback. Strong fundamentals in sales strategy and customer relationship management. Ability to breakdown complex sales processes and strategies into trainable components. Effective communication, both verbal and written, tailored to varying audiences. Candidates who complete the program will receive a Certificate in Sales Fundamentals from Year Up. Additional certifications may be awarded upon completion of specific coursework and examinations hosted by our industry partners.
