Proven ability to build, train, and scale a high-performance sales team ? Expert-level negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills ? Data-driven mindset , with experience using CRM tools (ServiceTitan preferred) ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and results-oriented environment ?
