Nurse - Neuro Care Overview: This part-time night shift role for a
Registered Nurse focuses on neuro and pulmonary stroke management,
involving intricate patient evaluations and the coordination of
treatment strategies. The position requires collaboration with
multidisciplinary teams while upholding professional accountability
and ensuring patient confidentiality. Applicants must possess a
valid RN license and hold Basic Life Support certification, with
options for both full-time and part-time roles available at our

Employing the nursing process, you will deliver patient care while
maintaining accountability for the care provided to your assigned
patients. You will assess the overall effectiveness of care
delivered by other caregivers and coordinate patient care alongside
various departments. Upholding patient rights and confidentiality
is paramount, and all responsibilities should align with our

Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift: Graduate Nurse: $10,000 Experienced
Nurse: $13,000 Available Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time Hours: 36
and 24 hours per week, Night Shifts Location: Our facility in
Festus, MO 63028 The Neuro/Pulmonary Stroke Unit: Common pulmonary
conditions treated include COPD, respiratory failure, asthma, and
pneumonia. Patients may require high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, or have
tracheostomies or chest tubes. These cases necessitate thorough
assessments, proactive therapies, and constant nursing vigilance.
We collaborate closely with the Stroke Coordinator to manage Acute
Stroke and TIA patients, occasionally utilizing tele-neuro
services. Neuro patients require regular assessments to monitor for
subtle changes in their condition, and stroke education is
provided. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an
accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN
license in the state of employment, adhering to all state board of
nursing regulations. Certifications: Basic Life Support
certification from the American Heart Association or completion of
