Job Description Hiring: Care Manager – Sunnyvale, CA A fast-growing, mission-driven home care agency in Sunnyvale is seeking a Compassionate Care Manager to join its team. If you have a caregiving background or openness to caregiving , that’s a huge plus! Most importantly, we’re seeking someone who is presentable, empathetic, and passionate about supporting both clients and caregivers .
