Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and software solutions, is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for driving business growth by identifying new clients and fostering long-term relationships within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will effectively leverage product knowledge and industry expertise to close sales and meet targets. As the frontline of our business development efforts, you will play a key role in aligning clients’ needs with our innovative payment solutions, ensuring both client satisfaction and revenue generation for the company. Identify and target potential clients in the finance sector. Execute direct sales tactics, including cold calling and networking, to increase client base. Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and referrals. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit. Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Proven ability in direct/outside sales and client management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to comprehend and explain financial concepts and payment processing. Self-motivated and driven by targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Sales Professional (CSP) is preferred. Training in sales strategies and client relationship management.
